Imagine vineyards and meadows with sheep and cows, sometimes flat regions and often small valleys crossed by a river, places waiting wisely for seasons to come and pass.

Imagine lines stretching under the winter rain, following the curves of the landscape, running over the hills, and this peculiar colour given by the sun when it tries to appear from behind the white clouds, shy opening nicely greeted by a large rainbow.

Imagine vineyards and meadows disappearing far away in the direction of the setting sun. The light is beautiful at the end of the day, the sun sets everything on fire, sheep become orange, a colour which fits them perfectly in the purple-looking grass.

Visiting regions with evocative names, like the Hunter Valley, Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Geelong, Coonawarra, McLaren Vale, Barossa and Clare Valley, Adelaide Hills, Swan Valley, Margaret River... Large vineyards extending and stretching, and, between each row, breathing space...

These vineyards, here, are really peculiar. Of course, like everywhere else in the world, they were shaped by man into perfect and aesthetic lines. Like everywhere else, they have this incredible peace, plants waiting patiently, following the rhythm of the seasons.

Only here can be seen the strange phenomenon of daring kangaroos jumping over vines rows, and groups of emus curious enough to come and meet surprised visitors.
